2. Timeframes for Refund Requests

  • Online Courses
    • 7-Day Full Refund Window: If you are not fully satisfied with your online course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
    • After 7 Days: Refunds are not available after this period, regardless of course completion status.
  • Subscription-Based Services (Monthly or Yearly)
    • Monthly Subscriptions:
      • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not available once the monthly billing cycle has started.
      • To avoid renewal, please cancel before your next billing cycle begins.
    • Yearly Subscriptions:
      • For yearly subscriptions, a 7-day full refund window applies from the initial date of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of available resources. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel the subscription to prevent auto-renewal.
  • Private Lessons/Coaching Sessions
    • 48 Hours or More Before Scheduled Session: If you cancel a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may receive a full refund.
    • 24–48 Hours Before Scheduled Session: If you cancel within this timeframe, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Less Than 24 Hours Before Session: No refund is available for sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Note: All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

3. Initiating a Return or Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • For partial refunds of coaching sessions already delivered.
  • For any technical issues beyond COSMO OUTLIER’s control, such as compatibility issues with third-party software, devices, or networks.
  • Promotional Purchases: Refunds for online courses purchased during special promotional events or at significant discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions, outlined at the time of purchase.
